To get access again, you'll need to ask a friend who also has access to the board to share it with you. Leaving a shared board will remove it from all your devices. View only access is also an option to consider when sharing your boards: Sharing boards with Collect. If this is the case, we recommend getting in touch with your collaborators and asking what's up. When other people have edit access on a shared board, they can make changes to the board too.

If you aren't able to see your content or it is stuck on syncing, it's possible the content was lost when you changed devices or uninstalled Collect: What happens to my boards when I uninstall the app? Syncing issuesĪre your boards present, but missing some items? Have you recently changed devices, or uninstalled Collect? It's possible that the board hadn't finished syncing to your account. Private content is only stored locally on the device until the Syncing status is not showing anymore. More on accounts here: Accounts are optional with Collect.
